ZLG Series Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

Raw material is feed into the machine from equipment inlet and move forward continuously along with the horizontal direction under vibratory power. The hot air passes through fluid-laced-bed and exchange with raw materials’ damp, then the wet air is dusted by cyclone separator and exhausted from air outlet, the dried material is discharged through finished material outlet.

Conveying System

The conveying system is responsible for the full-process conveying of materials from feeding, movement within the bed layer to discharging. Due to its adjustable conveying speed, you can precisely set the residence time of materials in the equipment to ensure thorough and consistent drying, avoiding local over-drying or under-drying.

Vibration System

This system combines an adjustable motor with a vibration mechanism. And it continuously loosens and uniformly fluidizes materials through vibration while simultaneously propelling them forward for stable conveyance.The vibration system can achieve a CV of less than 3% for the fluidization uniformity of the bed material. This effectively avoids caking and bridging, and enhances the capacity to handle materials with moderate viscosity or poor fluidity.

Fluidization System

It is composed of a gas distribution plate and a fluidization regulation component.

Gas distribution plate: It can evenly distribute the hot air flow to the bed layer to keep the material forming a stable fluidized state. Its pore size is usually 50 μm to 5 mm, and the material can be selected as 304/316 stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance and long service life for you.

Pressure regulating valve: The  valve maintains a slight positive pressure inside the bed layer. It can prevent outside air from entering, reduce the oxidation risk, and also minimize heat loss at the same time.

Heating System

The heater heats the air or inert gas to the target temperature to offer the drying of the material  heat. Its heating range is generally between 40 and 200℃, and thePID temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃. Supports section temperature control and can match the temperature of different sections according to the characteristics of your materials.

Hot Air System 

The hot air distributor is responsible for evenly delivering the heated hot air flow into the bed layer to conduct heat and mass transfer with the fluidized material, while also carrying away the vaporized moisture. It can keep the fluidized bed’s  internal temperature stable at all times. The temperature uniformity within the bed layer can be controlled within ±1° C. The optimized hot air path can significantly enhance thermal efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Separation System

The separator recovers fine powder materials from the exhaust gas and purifies it.  This decreases your material waste and also enables the exhaust gas to be discharged up to standard. Common types include cyclone separators, bag filters, solvent recovery devices, and tail gas recovery devices. For high-value powders, the separation efficiency can reach over 99%.

Control system
